The 12-Month Labor Warranty, Explained
Every repair we make comes with a 12-month labor warranty. In plain terms: if the same problem comes back within 12 months because of our workmanship, we'll come back and fix it at no labor cost to you.
- What it covers: the labor on repairs we performed
- How long: 12 months from the date of the repair
- How to use it: call us, tell us what's happening, and we'll schedule a visit
Replacement parts and new equipment may also carry manufacturer warranties. We'll tell you what applies to your job and put it in writing.
How we price our work
Every home and every repair is different, so we don't publish a price list. Instead, you get an upfront quote before any work starts.
Emergency service is available 24/7. Service calls between 8 PM and 6 AM carry a 20% after-hours surcharge, and we'll always tell you before we come out.

Texas summers don't wait, and neither do we. Once your service call is confirmed, we'll have your heating or cooling fixed within 24 hours. If we miss it, you don't pay the diagnostic fee. Simple as that.

Who qualifies for the hero discount?
Military, first responders, and teachers. Check the box on our booking form or mention it when you call, and ask about your hero discount. We'll confirm the details and apply it to your quote.
What does the 12-month labor warranty cover?
It covers the labor on repairs we perform for 12 months. If the same issue comes back because of our work, we'll fix it at no labor cost. Parts and equipment may have separate manufacturer warranties, which we'll explain for your job.
Will financing push me toward a bigger job?
No. Financing is there to make necessary work affordable, not to sell you more. We recommend repair first and replacement only when it's truly time, whether or not you finance.
