We started Austin HVAC Pros in 2014 with a simple idea: people deserve to hear the truth about their heating and cooling. Not a sales script. Not a scare tactic. Just an honest explanation from someone who knows the equipment and respects the person paying for it.
Too many homeowners have heard "you need a whole new system" when a repair would have done the job. We didn't want to be that company. So we built ours around one rule that hasn't changed in 12 years: we only recommend what we'd do in our own homes.
We're still family-owned, and we're still small on purpose. Our team is six people, including four technicians and three service trucks. That's small enough that you're never just a ticket number, and big enough to get to you fast when your AC quits in the middle of July.
We work on homes only. No office towers, no strip malls. Just houses in Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Georgetown, and the families who live in them.
